At an early age, we have even been warned not to eat too many “sweets” or our teeth will rot. It’s not just sweets we have to be wary of. Carbohydrates can also be converted into sugars. Many foods that are not sweet can also contain a lot of sugars. It’s not just for your teeth but your overall health. Sugar is bad for the body and has often been linked to many of the common diseases today such as cardiovascular problems, diabetes, obesity, and PCOS.  Drink More Water Squelch the urge to drink a bottle of carbonated soda. Those contain a lot of sugar. Most people don’t realize how much sugar they are ingesting because these drinks are not that filling.  Make it a habit to drink water.
